SESSION 1: OPENING

STEP 8: PARTICIPANT FEEDBACK

STEP 8: Collecting Participant Feedback - “What Did We Put in Our Pockets Today?”

Note to the trainer: Listen carefully to what participants say during this step. Their responses provide valuable information both for shaping the next session and for reading the group's emotional barometer. Encourage brief and sincere answers.

Method: Oral evaluation in a circle.

Materials: None.

Implementation steps:

Question: The trainer asks participants to form a circle and asks each person:

“What is the most important thing you are putting in your pocket as you leave today? A word, a sentence - whatever comes to mind.”

Receive the answers without judgement, with a simple ‘yes, thank you’ or a brief nod. Do not correct or comment on them.
