How the Learning Works

Empowered by Empathy combines information with practical learning. Depending on the pathway and activity, learning may include:

  • short explanatory materials;
  • examples from caregiving situations;
  • role play;
  • case studies;
  • group discussion;
  • reflection activities;
  • practical exercises;
  • self-assessment and feedback.

Two Pathways — One Shared Goal

Caregivers develop practical knowledge and skills for emotionally responsive care.

Trainers and educators develop the capacity to guide others through the programme in a structured and supportive way.

Together, both pathways support the wider project objective of strengthening emotional support for disadvantaged children.
