    This learning pathway is based on the Trainer's Handbook of the Empowered by Empathy Emotional Intelligence Training Programme.

    The handbook provides structured guidance for educators and professionals who deliver the programme, bringing together training guidance, methods, materials and practical activities.

    The training programme was developed within the Empowered by Empathy project to support caregivers working with disadvantaged children, with a focus on emotional intelligence, empathetic communication and professional resilience.
